I am married and my daughter is 3 years old. When I was pregnant with my daughter I gained 15 kg. But I lose weight immediately after childbirth in 6 months. I am 165 cm 49 kg now. I did not have money to go to weight-loss center, I losed weight by myself. I also use body slimming cream in second month's care after childbirth. 4.Exercise more.

In my own experience :

1.Eat normal meal with my breakfast and lunch. Do not eat much nor less. Try those thing with high fiber and high protein in stead of oil stuff.

2.Do not eat late at night. Do not eat snacks nor drinking beverages(replaced with non-sugar tea or diet coke). .About the calorie ratio, I'm used to three with breakfast, 2 with lunch, and one with dinner.

3.I only eat a lot of cooked vegetable plus a little oil with dinner. Even though I go to night market to buy vegetable meal, they are absolutely with no sauce. The sole target of those meals is to make me feel the satiety sense. I would not get fatter if my blood sugar does not increase.

4.You must say loudly i do not eat when you have the desire to eat. Somebody gives you something to eat, If you can not refuse then accept it and then transfer to someone else to eat. You must be brave and dare to say "no" in weight loss process. Further more, you should not persist a mentality of wasting food, namely do not treat anything left over as a wasting of food, otherwise, you will receive more calories!

5.It will be better if you have a target to meet. For example, to lose weight for the sake of your lover, that really would be more motivated.

6.Find somebody to lose weight together with you and urge you forward as well or announce that you will be engaged in weight loss.

7.When you lose weight successfully at each phase of process, you can wear the clothes smaller one in size than your present ones. Then hurry to buy new clothes in order to lock your own body figure. I have my jean size turn from the 5L into L.
